Quick and Healthy Dinner from Trader Joe’s

This is a great meal when you’re short on time but you still want to stick to your goals! I bought all the ingredients from Trader Joe’s. Microwave 1 serving of TJ’s frozen Quinoa Vegetable Melange for 3 minutes. Microwave TJ’s fresh teriyaki chicken strips for 1 minute. Add some spinach for your greens! Use a few drops of balsamic vinaigrette for dressing. Enjoy! Filling and healthy.
